Winter semester 2021/22
1. EVERY DAY WORKOUTS CHALLENGE. Third edition, winter semester 2021/22
The online course developed by the Department of Physical Education and Sports and the e-Learning Team is the second part of the Physical Education (PE) course in the winter semester 2021/2022.
- Participation in online PE courses is compulsory for all students taking PE course in the winter semester 2021/2022.
- Each Student should only enrol in one course out of the three available options:
- Every Day Workouts Challenge
- Mental Health Workout
- Full Body Workout
- You must register for the selected course no later than November 28, 2021.
- By participating in online classes called PE online. Every Day Workouts Challenge, you will have the opportunity to do daily short workout of physical exercises according to a well-developed plan. In the course you will find not only detailed instructions for training, but also many practical tips on the correct technique of exercising. By actively participating in the course, you will “pass” your PE course during the period when live (face-to-face) classes are cancelled (suspended) due to the SARS-CoV-19 pandemic.
- In order to register for online classes, use the access key by typing in the password associated with the name of the PE dean’s group (according to the USOS classification) (if you do not remember the name of your group, please check it in the USOS). Please enter the name of the dean’s group carefully as the access key to the course.
- Please note! The limit of available slots (places) for this course is: 650.
2. MENTAL HEALTH WORKOUT. Third edition, winter semester 2021/22
